  WOW, what an amazing and unexpected experience i had this past weekend. My mother was looking to lease an SUV, so we spent our Sunday at different lots ready to make it happen. Having a mortifying experience at Toyota of Northridge, we somehow ended up in Thousand Oaks at the Infiniti dealership. We were immediately greeted by the kindest soul, Christian. Right from the beginning, we felt at ease with him and never for a second felt any pressure like we typically would have (like our earlier experience at Toyota). He was so patient with my mom, even though she changed her mind about a half dozen times. Christian never once made us feel like he was annoyed or over helping us, but in fact made us feel opposite. We truly felt like we were being helped by family!We ended up leasing a beautiful QX50, and got exactly the deal that we wanted on the car--thanks to the patience of Christian and Dylan in finance. Christian took care of ALL of my mom's requests, and has gone above and beyond to make sure that she is happy (he even did a follow up call the next day to ask if she had any questions). After looking, eliminating and test driving multiple cars (btw, they have a huge selection of pre owned and new cars), me and my hubby went to lunch to think about it. We went back and Sam was with a customer so Joe Tejada assist us. We finally decided on a used 2014 Q50 Sport. However, Leigh Brannan, the used car manager made us a deal we couldn't refuse down and I am now in a brand new 2017 Q50 with zero miles.   WOW, what an amazing and unexpected experience i had this past weekend. My mother was looking to lease an SUV, so we spent our Sunday at different lots ready to make it happen. Having a mortifying experience at Toyota of Northridge, we somehow ended up in Thousand Oaks at the Infiniti dealership. We were immediately greeted by the kindest soul, Christian. Right from the beginning, we felt at ease with him and never for a second felt any pressure like we typically would have (like our earlier experience at Toyota).   We are an out of state buyer and purchased our 2018 qx80 vehicle from infiniti of Thousands Oaks. We had visited or talked to many dealers before talking to Dennis at the Infiniti of TO. All process was hassle free and we worked with Dennis to make the deal without even visiting the dealership!!. I highly respect the honesty of this dealership and incredible pricing offer that no other dealer was able to match or even offer.   I thought I needed new front brakes, an alignment, and some other things but Brain told me those things could wait and he recommended some important maintenance items I had neglected. I really appreciated that he didn't try to drive up the bill with service I don't need yet.

  Very professional and kind staff! They take great care of my Q50s on every visit and give it a nice clean when they are done with working on it. Also they have a phenomenal customer waiting area, it's modern, has a machine that makes like 20+ drinks, Huge tv with nice couches and it even has little spots with computers people can use. Over all great location and obviously Infiniti's are great cars!
