Part Time Receptionist
Our part time receptionist is responsible for answering and directing calls, taking and delivering messages, as well as answering any easy questions our clients may have. Applicants should be welcoming to all guests; applicants should also be outgoing, well spoken, clean, and presentable as this is a customer service position. Some clerical administrative work may be involved, so having organizational skills and computer literacy is a plus, but not a requirement.
Receptionist
Dealerships have many people in several different departments, making a receptionist an essential part of daily business operation. Our receptionist is responsible for answering and directing calls, taking and delivering messages. As a full time receptionist there may be the occasional need to schedule an appointment for a customer, or answer any easy questions our clients may have. Applicants should be welcoming to all guests; applicants should also be outgoing, well spoken, clean, and presentable as this is a customer service position. Some clerical administrative work may be involved, so having organizational skills and computer literacy is a plus, but not a requirement.
Cashier
We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to become an integral part of our team! As cashier you will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services. Applicants should be welcoming to all guests and be able to explain products and services to clients, enter and process customer orders, and resolve any complaints. The cashier is responsible for closing out a sizable portion of the total repair orders that the dealership has on a daily basis. Receptionist’s responsibilities will, at times, overlap here and applicants will be expected to perform receptionist’s duties as well as cashier duties. Applicants should be outgoing, well spoken, clean, and presentable as this is a customer service position. Some clerical administrative work may be involved, so having organizational skills and computer literacy is a plus, but not a requirement.
